| Anyone watch this show? It's anime set in feudal Japan about warring ninja clans. It's got a lot of demons and strange creatures and lots of blood. They're having a marathon right now but I missed most of it...Not as good as Samurai Champloo, I think. |

Have the series on DVD. It's more similar to Ninja Scroll in general tone than Samurai Champloo in any case. The ninjas in Basilisk have a tendency to have more outlandish abilities and appearances. A different analogy would be hardcore R-rated Naruto.
