A little strange but I swear it is the best crepe I've ever had.

Brown some ground beef until nice and crumbly (add a little salt) then spread a few tablespoons over the crepe.  Roll it up and pour some maple syrup on it.  It's fantastic.

There is a place down here that just opened at a local mall called Healthily Delights.  I've never had Crepes before. They're frickin amazing!  They make them with chicken, steak, and a pizza type.  Plus desert crepes (which I haven't had yet).  Most of the desert crepes have "Nutella" in them.

Crepes?  Sounds like something you'd eat with cheese.  And whine.  With your rifle on the ground and a white hanky in your hand.

NC Sandhills, I actually take my mother down to Candor on a peach day a few times during the season.  I would rather jump out of a rolling car, but its my Mom.  I am in a geopgraphic fruit paradise.  Sandhill Peaches are an hour and a half away and mountain apples are less than that distance.

Make a buttermilk crepe, stuff it full of freshly washed blueberries and caramelized brown sugar.  Top it with a little bit of butter and you're set for win.  Wash it down with milk.
