Installing a new PSU - Dynex 400W - into a desk top PC
Does the fan go up or down? it will install either way with 4 screws...thanks

Actually, if you notice where the screw holes line up with the PSU, you can only put all 4 screws in one way. 
Keep us updated if it fixes the problem. While you have the case apart, blow out all the dirt. One thing to remember: Dont blow compressed air into fans without putting something in the fan (paperclip, screwdriver, etc) to stop it from spinning. Compressed air will make the fans spin too fast, wrecking the bearings/brushes. |
