You can't upload one here. At least not as an unpaid member and even then you can only upload image files. However, uploading is usually done using FTP (File Transfer Protocol). You have to have a FTP program which allows you to access FTP internet sites to both upload and download files. There also is the ability to transfer via HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol), but it's not as widely or easily used for file transfer. HTTP is what your web browser uses to download web pages. I'm not sure if that was the info you were looking for, but there ya go.
