I'm thinking of using the 1' stick on tiles in my kitchen over an existing layer of the same tiles. This is not, I repeat, this is not a lifetime lasting project. We will rebuild our house in the next 2-3 years, but we have to make this change. The tiles are in relatively good condition, not peeling, etc.
Question: What is the best way to "rough up" the existing layer to enhance adhesion of the new? Deglosser? Sander? Any other tips appreciated. Repeat one more time, we do not expect this to last more than a few years. Thanks in advance. |
