Man, his career was way too short.

I had forgotten about him actually, until this thread.

Holy shit. I remember a special on TV what I was but a wee kid. Bo knows football, Bo knows baseball, Bo knows bows and arrows. That takes me back.

I wish he didn't get hurt. It would have been fun watching him over a bunch of years in the NFL.

He is the greatest athlete of my lifetime.

He was the greatest college football player I have ever seen.

His freaking "hole" is better equipped than most archery stores.

Late 80's, Bo Jackson, Micheal Jordan. The Nike commercials. I've never since been into sports the way I was back then. Bo Jackson was my greatest sports hero, and my heart was broken when he fell.

Did u ever see the special on ESPN where Bo was on there with a former Raiders teammate who had some disease where he was in a wheel chair and basicly a vegetable, he lost his memory, didn't know his wife or kids and he was on like 40 maybe. Bo forked out tons of money for him to help with bills and to find a cure for his disease. It really showed what a class A man he really is. I'll see if I can find it and post it for all u Bo fans.
