Have any of you guys had an encounter with this page??? [url] http://www.internetcop.net/[/url] I do not know how it does it but it automatically replaced my homepage. How can I possibly guard against these websites?? Thanks for any help. |
| [url]www.panicware.com[/url] I don't know if this will help your problem at all but this is a good download to have, if your at a site and you can't get out cause of pop up's just activate this and it will stop them, they have a $$ download and a free version, the free one is great, don't spend the $$. |

[url]http://www.internetcop.net[/url] Try that. Not sure what it was, but it wasn't totally accurate. I am running a firewall and it didn't alert me to anything so I wouldn't worry too much. It looks like they just read some software you are using, then try to sell you something (I didn't go any further on the page) edited to say that it also did not try to send cookies. SB |
