I know I saw a copy of the BATF letter on their website... but now it won't load:

What's the point.  Its not a certified document from the BATF, and is subject to change at the whim of the BATF.

Forest - yes, I've heard of the BARF changing their policies when the wind changes dierction (or when they break wind).  Just wanted it for my info and future reference.
