Santa Cruz makes locks and mounts for LE too. This might be something that could work in some circumstances. |

Those little screws are not going to hold all that well with even a minor crow bar. the corner helps but isn't going to be enough.
If you are going to use that basic concept heavy ass lag screws into studs, or bolts all the way through to a large plate on the other side are your first line of defense against prying off. Many houses have back to back closets, so the through plate is a good possibility. What you can then do is tap the holes in the plate so the through the wall screws can fasten in to that and then you can run another nut down on that for more security, If the guy(s) have more than pry bars and are in there for more than a few minutes then they can probably defeat most safety measures, but it doesn't take too much to delay and/or defeat pry bars. |
