with the buy/sell/gouge fest that is going on in the EE of all different sorts (i have no issue making some $$$ on stuff, but some of this stuff is crazy) is there a legality issue of people buying ammo for the sole purpose or reselling it?

personally if i find a ammo "deal" (well, if you can call current retail prices a deal at all) through one of the normal retailers, i will buy it and wouldn't even think of selling it, would much rather shoot it

is there any issue w/ people doing all this reselling of ammo on the ee?  the reason i ask is because i see stuff that was just sold out a week or so ago cropping up on the ee, much like the bcm uppers - still in box/plastic type of deal.  obviously bought to resell.  is this activity going to grab unwanted attention?  is the greed of a few going to give the majority a issue in the not too distant future?

what are your thoughts?

If you GIVE it to me it's all legal though. Better make sure you give me all of it too. Can never be to sure.

haven't missed out on anything and am sitting ok.  i just didn't think that one could buy ammo for the sole purpose of reselling it that is all.

You can't manufacture loaded ammo for sale without a license. You also cannot purchase firearms for resale without a license.

You seem to be grasping for something that isn't there. There is no law that restricts the resale of ammo. No special license requirements, no restrictions at all, aside from the various laws that restrict sales to particular areas or individuals.

My thoughts are that you are about 3-4 years too late in buying ammo.
