Ever wonder what a semi-pro bike racer eats the night before a race? Here you go, you pansies! A nice big piece of sirloin steak!

Sprinkle generously with Dillo Dust. Careful, this will probably set off the smoke alarm in your house.

To be cooked on this bad boy. Get the pan as hot as you can before laying down the meat.

Cook time is about 5 minutes per side. Followed up by charring the sides to get that fat nice and carmelized.

And the result is...

Charred to a crisp on the outside, perfect and juicy on the inside. That is how you cook a steak.

Sorry, forgot the drink. A nice big glass of chocolate milk. No side dishes, carbs will slow the digestion of protein, so thats a no no.

Beautiful steak!!!!

But that's not an entire meal, so it's not a dinner pic.

Plus, you need a napkin.

You need to "season" that pan....

No rating. Steak does not need any help, Dillo Dust be damned.

6.5/10

Your pan needs to see more bacon.

7/10. ARFCOM members are supposed to carry $1000 bills in their pocket, not $50s.

Interestingly enough, never wondered.

BTW, your pan isn't properly seasoned.

I'd eat it, but like any true arfcommer I'd find something to bitch about, and so I have...

A $50?  Where's Ben?

A meat only diet?  Can't ding you there that's just manly.

Guns are nice but the overall presentation seems to be lacking.  Next time take a trip to the BOTD section to find the missing items you need.

Overall 8/10.

Now this seems like a real ratings system - all too foten I see 10/10, followed by all the things that were missing.  an 8/10 should be an very good score, otherwise there is no reason to ever post another pic, see new ideas/presentations, etc.

That is the first time I have seen $ in the pic...what gives?  and I still haven't heard what the F is up with the freakin' stapler.  Unnecessary.

on to my specific critique;
very goo overall; nice to see the cooking apparatus, but as mentioned, it is FAR from properly seasoned.  Look into it - get that thing properly seasoned and you will notice a WORLD of differnece in your steaks and pancakes.

a farther-out pic would be nice, to see the setting better, get a feel for the seating position relative to muzzle direction, etc.  it is the entire table and its setting that makes the dinner pic, not just a plate, indication of guns and a trinket or two.

For the missing drink, room for improvement, and spartan nature of the pic (which is part good, part bad), I give it a 7.8 on a scale of 2.3 - 11.9.
you lose no points for the content of the meal, because you explained the reason for it, but you are compelled ot post another 'complete' meal pic.  Great start.

thanks for sharing, good luck in the race

I think the steak was a little over-cooked,but hey, that's just me. You need to season the pan. nive weapons, though. 6.5-10.
Good luck at the race!!

What's with the $50?

Is this the bike you race?
