Anyone ever use this thing? It looks real interesting, but expensive for a set of straps with handles.

I've seen one of the trainers at the gym have his clients use them. Looks pretty interesting if you are gonna work out at home.
Kinda on par with the Crossfit training method. I thought about picking up a set, but the thing costs $200. If you can stomach the cost, then I'd say go get it. I think it was invented by Navy SEALs for training while deployed, so it can't be that bad. |
