2 small fillets with salt and pepper on them for my wife, and for me short ribs marinated with the sediment out of the decanter from when I had some 2001 LBV Porto, mashed potatoes and gravy as well. A coke for her, a Guinness for me, and my 8+1 Remington 1100 with magnum #1 buck and 6 KOs in the side saddle.

Extra ammo on the side saddle. This pic is not my best work, but the meal was wonderful, the Port added a hint of sweetness that was just what the steak needed. Mine was cooked Pittsburgh, and some of the stuff was rushed because my wife was getting impatient. |
