Some guy at work is telling me that he is seeing things on the web and has heard from his father that gun powder will soon be manufactured in such a way that after 6 months it will no longer ingnite. I told him he was full of shit. I am going to ask him where he is seeing this and I will post.

It was talk like that in regards to primers in 1994 that caused a HUGE run on primers.  They doubled in price and were sold out everywhere for quite a while.  Doubt there is anything to it.....same as back in 1994.
