The stork? Seriously, I’m curious as how they’re chosen. |

I was "nominated" by a number of forum regulars, who suggested that I volunteer for the job. Eventually I did so, and have been a Mod since mid-'99. Generally, in order to be a Mod, you have to be someone who participates regularly over a period of time, and you have to add some value. Beyond that, you ask, and the Admins decide Yes or No. -Troy |

Quoted: You asked, so now you are one. Hehe Why don't you make your first official act a demand for a raise in pay. Striker did that, now his title is "staff," which means he got whacked good by Goatboy's staff. [stick] [:D]This would have been funny if it was not true![:D] |

Really, just curious (aka boredom) So you basically volunteer? (What I figured) Troy, Actually remember when you where not a moderator. I’ve been surfing AR-15.com since early-mid 1998? Seem to remember their not even being a discussion forum, just a web page?? You are also one of the few moderators that actually seems to have a real passion for the AR-15. Interesting. R/K |
| They come from a place so dark and far away and difficult to see that someone else has to describe it for you. Its the Land of Tither and Nod on the planet Uranus. They have a graduate school there with some mean ass nuns that beat them ruthlessly with a stick until they obey. |
