That sure is some foul-looking pond water he hunts in. He's been bit 17 times and got his teeth knocked out by a chainsaw (he didn't mention if the saw was running or not ).

The turtle hunter of Kentucky.

What would have made that video full of win, would have been if he was trapsing through that sawgrass and all of the sudden some big ass mocassin bit his inbred ass and he started doing his little yell as he ran out, snake attached to his neck, that would have certainly rocked!

Underbanking (aka noodling elsewhere) was not uncommon where I grew up - but never knew any turtle hunters.  I shoot with some of those guys now (or help teach their children) need to find out if they are still doing that crazy stuff.

I do recall working with a guy who came in one morning with 20+ stitches in his harm.  That 15lb yellow cat he thought he was grabbing was a blue.

My apologies for missing the earlier threads on Turtle Man.

I'm quite sure I'm the only one that didn't catch them.

Holy shit, I've never heard of a catfish doing that kind of damage(never caught a blue either, though). Always wanted to try noodling, but illegal in IA
