One of my officers bought a YHM flash hider.  He said when he installed it (with the crush it came with) and tightened it up, it was canted and doesn't sit straight on the barrel.

I haven't seen it, he is just describing it to me.

Has anyone else had this problem?  I have not.

You can usually tighten the hell out of a crush washer to get the muzzle device timed.

I've crushed them through nearly 300* of rotation.

I don't use them on my match gun, though. Having that much torque on the muzzle is bad juju.
