Any Alli users or takers in here?
I am on the road for work quite often, I more often stay away from home or anything resembling home. I do NOT eat well at well, about my most conscious decision to eat anything good for me was to buy another George Foreman and cook almost exclusively on it when possible. Outside of that, my diet consists of pizza, burgers and other good food thats bad for you. I only eat out about 2-3 times each week, either for lunch or dinner, but it is usually Backyard Burger or Ryan's. I am NOT Obese, I am about 30lbs overweight IMO, I carry my weight well, but I would like to help shed the weight or at least avoid putting it on more rapidly. For my activities... Well, I dont go to the gym, I dont really have the motivation or the time. I usually work 7am to 11pm 6 days a week. I supervise, so my work is not that physical, I walk ALOT, and am up, down stairs, ladders, etc often, but this is my extent of physical activities. So, Is the Alli just a wasted donation unless I choose to make some major changes and committments, or will I see a benefit? |

It is intended as a reinforcer for a low fat diet.
If you eat the way you say you do, you can probably expect a large number of greasy, runny bowel movements. I have major reservations about attempting to rely on pharmaceuticals for weight management without any effort towards a lifestyle change. Personally, I would focus on dietary changes and the incorporation of physical activity to your day-to-day routine before turning to any supplements, aids, or other drugs/treatments(most of which I view as methods for making your wallet lighter). |

Quoted:
magic pills wont help you. and google alli side effects, if you like shitting yourself go ahead and take it.
This si why my sister stopped taking it, from all the "BS", but I admit, it did help her, however, she did also make some major lifestyle changes. |

Good thing I started it on my day off.
I buy into "Everything starts with small steps and changes. I tell myself each day I should go to the gym and eat better, each day I fail to plan, and just fail. So, here I am, taking it one step at a time. Any users use it and cook on the GF? what "Treatment Effects" did it have after using the GF with "Most of the fat stripped away? I really dont want to shit myself, do you at least have physical warning that it will be a shart or blowout? |

Not with Alli, but with another drug, Augmentin. What a wonderful antibiotic! Kills EVERYTHING.
Only problem is, it kills EVERYTHING. So, about an hour after lunch, BOOM, ass shot! And if you have anything that might make you slightly gassy, the gas pressure will force everything out. There's no longer a slip-around effect, where the gas can go between the intestinal wall and the turd. Instead, there's a liquid mass that gets propelled out in a manner very similar to that of a 40gr Nosler Ballistic-Tip being propelled by 27gr of IMR 4320. |
