The problem I find with safes is that they don't hold the amount of arms advertised. Either that, or they are just plain ill-suited for use with anything other than bolt action .22 rifles without optics.
BTW, don't you knock that lower off every time you get something out or put something back? Or is it just on display for the picture? |

You need to reinforce that top shelf or find another place to store your ammo! A metal lockable "job box" should fit the bill nicely.
