Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009
A Coworker has told me this bill is part of the Stimulus Bill. I'm not sure if it is or not. but from what I've been reading about this bill - A new licence will be required to own the the firearms that I NOW OWN... Am I misunderstanding this ? It's to be voted on tomorrow. It's a very sneaky way to "Help Us". IMHO - If this is old news or a Dupe ––Sorry

It's going to be SIGNED into law tomorrow. The house and senate voted already. HR45 is going nowhere. |

Jimmo hr 45 is not in hr 1. hr 1 was voted on and passed. hr 45 has no co-sponsors and has not made it out of committee. and this is a dupe of epic proportions. |
