Welcome, salmonlasac!! I award you 10/10 for the protection and food! Acorn squash are scrumptious. Asparagus good for you. And you are absolutely welcome to eat your ahi tuna at whatever temperature preference you have.
ETA is it tuna in there or pork as someone else posted? |

Looks like a nice meal, even though I don't like tuna, or asparagus.
* -1 for "stair-stepping" the tuna, that is, cutting it all up at once. You should only slice off a couple of bites, for presentation, so we can see how done the meat/fish is, and then cut off bites as you eat them. Cut it all up in advance, only if you are feeding a baby. * -1 for overcooked asparagus. I don't like asparagus, but I know how to prepare it correctly. Also, no hollandaise for the asparagus? I almost penalized for your defending the meal as "elegant food," while it is, in fact, merely nice food, but that really wasn't in your original post, so it gets by. Overall, you did a pretty nice job. 8/10 |

Quoted:
sorry I cook elegant food, would you be happy if I had a bacon wraped possum w/ a shot of maddog? That is in no way elegant. If you lack the proper skills to cook something as simple as Ahi, you cannot call anything you cook elegant. I can tell by your butthurt response that you probably won't last too long around here. Don't feel too bad, there are many other sites that have a ton of sandy manginas from the people that couldn't hack it here. IM for directions |
