It is not safe having it where it is. I've never hit it before but in this new spot I tend to bump it. I'm sure mods or site staff or whoever gets it is sick of it to.

I used to hit the report button all the time while trying to scroll down (bottom right corner), so I welcome the Hope and Change of the relocated button.
The only reason I noticed the Change was because I went to report a real dickhead post in a technical forum (first time using it on purpose!). Of course, after I filled out my hurt feelings form and hit submit, the post was edited to remove the dickheadedness by adding smilies and follow-up comments. I figure that made me look like a real pussy.
