I have them mostly done. I have this burning desire to get them finished before Obama says that they are holding tax checks until they have money to pay them with.

I can't. my 1099 is delayed because of the bailout... Why the fuck would they need 15 extra days to mail a form?

Those are tax REFUNDS that you received.
You file a tax return. If you have overpaid, you get a tax refund.
