This guy is a dick. The Palestinians are the victims. Riiiight. They act like thugs and they are treated like thugs. (Bummer about the innocent one's but it's a war.) If anything Israel has showed remarkable restraint. We would put up with their shit for like 5 minutes. |

I work with a middle-aged super liberal Jewish guy once in a while. He's the kind of liberal that's so far left, I'm surprised he doesn't topple over. He said to me once, "Israel needs to lay down its arms and prove that it's ready for peace. They will take some casualties, but that's how they will prove their dedication to creating peace in that region." I said, "That's the dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard. The ONLY thing that is preventing Israel from being wiped off the map, is the fact that they're ready and willing to kick ass on a consistent basis, and they prove it whenever they're pressed. Suggesting they just lay down their weapons and hope their enemies don't eradicate them, is foolish and stupid." A typical elitist liberal, he rolls his eyes and says, "It's clear you have NO understanding of my people. That's not how we are." I think this guy needs a serious reality check. He should move to Tel Aviv for a few months and see how that jives with his belief system. |
