Great flick, the actual mechanics of TEOTWAWKI is actually not the central part of the movie; it focuses much more on the interactions of people under stress and how "civilized" behavior can go out the window pretty quickly. And drowning in the Labrea Tar Pits is most definitely NOT how I would want to go. |

It seems a lot of movies back then had some pretty lousy acting. This wasn't as bad as many that i've seen. Besides just watching the breakdown in this movie is kind of amazing. Total SHTF. Quoted: I like the overall story and how it builds, but the writing and acting was pretty bad. The sequence where the motorist was crawling after him in the sewers while capping rounds was pretty cool. |
