Good Morning! I thought of something I read in William Shirer's "Berlin Diary". He was an American correspondent living there, while we were still a neutral Nation. The Germans bombed Britain by day, and the RAF bombed Berlin by night. The joke in the shelters during an air raid was if you showed up and said "Good morning", it meant you had been asleep. If you said "Good evening", it meant you hadn't been asleep. If you said "Heil Hitler!" It meant you had always been asleep!
