So everytime I close PP it gives me a message that it has stopped and it's going to check for a fix and then notify me.
I NEED to fix this as it looks so unprofessional. I'm teaching with this computer all this week. I checked MS website and got all the updates. I even tried Google searches. Nothing, nada. Thanks in advance. Mods: I know there is a computer section... Move it if you have to. Peace. |

That would be a direction I would head in. Uninstall office, restart comp, reinstall office. Don't install updates and see if it happens again.

It's a DJ D4160 though. I read through that link, I'm still kinda lost... Uninstall the printer driver and then see? |

Try this:
If you have a non-hp printer try and set that as default. If you don't, here is a set of instructions to try and setup a test printer and see if the problem stops. http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00952.htm |
