They showed my items in stock.  I placed my order, got an e-mail later saying they will get to it when they can as far as shipping.  I am not ripping on RRA but I am getting tired of putting in orders and having company e-mail sent to the effect that we will get to it when we can. I understand folks are busy, but delayed shipping notices should be posted before a client orders.

All told, I have orders out with five different companies, none have shipped, some have been pending for 30 days or more.  I have not been charged yet but come on quit showing shit as available and later sending confirmations that it is back ordered.  The $25 fee to cancel or change payment method needs to go as well.  I feel like some places are netting customers and it isn't right.

Hire some folks and get shit moving!!!

I believe most of these places are backed up way beyond their own warehouses. They would charge you and sell it to you if they did indeed have it. They are waiting on their own orders from either their in house manufacturing wing or the outside manufacturers that are building parts for them. It's like this across the entire country right now not just RRA.

In the last 6 months I've ordered 3 elite comp. rifles from them , the first two they called for payment when they were ready to ship . The last one they wanted payment info up front and said they would charge the credit card when they shipped and email me a tracking number. The orders took 8 to 16 weeks .

Most "manufacturers" are merely assembly shops that put together parts they buy from outside machine shops. If they don't have parts because they didn't anticipate Obama winning the election, then they have to wait on their suppliers to deliver.

They have been unable to fill orders for years. Its not an election thing. I have ordered from them a few times since they landed that DEA contract and they are pretty much worthless now. Before that they were pretty good to deal with.

These types of threads do nothing to cheer me up.

It's a kick in the nuts though... Living in the industial West and y'gotta wait months to get 'hold of a product.

I want immediate gratification and I want it now.

I'm SOL though... RRA and pretty much everyone else won't even deal with us dirty foreigners.

I ordered a couple LPKs and uppers from CMMG on election night and have no idea when I'll get them.  They sent me an e-mail the day after, saying they were waiting on barrels, and now they have a warning on their website basically saying they have no idea when orders will be filled.

I placed an order for two complete Mid-Length Uppers on December 3rd.  I sent them e-mail asking about wait and she said roughly 8-16+ weeks.

Yeah it's gonna be awhile.

I've had a parts kit on backorder from Brownells for almost three months. Haven't heard a thing from them....

I was charged, however.
