Any ideas for any companies threading barrels for a reasonable price? I've got a Green Mountain 10/22 barrel that needs threads on the muzzle. Local guy will do it, but he's honestly asking more than the cost of a new, threaded barrel.

It's cheaper to just buy a dremel.

What is your purpose?  For a supressor I would probably send it to ADCO or similiar who is familar with the intent.

I had a bunch of barrels threaded in 2004, but only for the purpose of FH's.  I took all the barrels off so they could feed through the lathe and went and talked to the machine shop across the street.

A lather operator did 16 brls after work for me for a case of budweiser.....

Suppressor.

That goofy grin is because I'm about to get started on my first suppressor.
