My friend the other day went up to the Land Rover dealership to check out what kind of deals they can offer to him in this sucky economy.  Well...  He found out he can get an all option (except DVD player) Range Rover Sport for $60,000.   Here is what was really neat, since he owns a buisness.  Land Rover gave him a brochure on tax depreciation for business.

(Example)For a Range Rover Sport ($60,000):

1 year- $32,000
2 year- $11,200
3 year- $6,720
4 year- $4,032

I wonder if he should wait for the economy to get even worse or should he go ahead and get one since Obama might have something to do with the tax rebates for businesses.

Yup... I used to sell at an LR dealership, and used this a lot.  This tax break only applies to big gas-hogging SUVs over 6000 lbs, so you can expect that eliminating this tax break will be on the liberal agenda.
