The weather has been so nice that I decided to fire up the smoker. About six hours later. Dinner is served!

Baked Beans

eta: There are a lot of good things going on in that pic, I shouldn't have just typed about the not-so-good.

Clarification...

The white plates really are ceramic. You can't tell from the picture though. Does look like paper in the picture. The slaw looks wilted because it has a vinegar/pepper sauce on it. My cooking is a whole lot better than my photography and the plate is clean now!

Pretty good for a first dinner pic. You seem to know how to use a camera, a definite plus when taking pictures (so many here just point and shoot.)

You leave me with little room for criticism, but I'll try.

Here goes...

I believe that you napkin is actually a dish towel, had you left the napkin out I would have dinged you a -1, but since it is a dish towel I have to go with a -2.

Also it seems to me that your table cloth is really a bed sheet and that you just pulled it out of the closet. -1 because the bed sheet isn't ironed.

You put so much effort into this picture and then paper plates? You couldn't have let the dog lick a couple of plates clean just for this picture? -1.

So you total out at 6/10.

A side note: The food looks great and my score reflects the jealousy I feel.
