a group of friends and i are going to do our own version of a game dinner. since my place is a bit larger, i got nominated by default to hold it at my home. i am a good cook (no one every died or got sick  ) and will be making some king salmon my brother cought on the copper river this past fall. we will be having bear, boar, deer, and bunny. since the salmon is very easy for me to make, i also was nominated to cook deer steaks. i have never cooked deer and am looking for recipies that are relitevly easy (no emeril legassi please) and taste great over a broad range of peoples palets. any help would be appreciated...thanks in advance.
