Any of you guys use this service? How do you like it? Love it! I have the 3 at one time unlimited plan. The turn around time is quick as well. If I mail them back on Monday, they get them Tuesday, and I get the next ones on Wednesday. I usually take 2-3 days to watch them before sending them back to Netflix. They also have a huge selection. I have 500 selections in my queue. Vulcan94 |

I've been on Netflix for a couple years now. Works just like you think it does.
You go to their site, pick some movies, put them in your queue, reorganize them if you want, and sit back. They come to your mailbox, you watch them, you mail them back and they send you more. I have not partaken in the 'watch now' online feature, yet. Put outgoing movies in the mail on Monday, and I have new ones in my mailbox on Thursday. It was a day faster when I was in my apartment, as long as I got them in the mailbox before the mail dude picked it up. |

I have used it and really liked it. The turn-around time is pretty good, about 2 days.
I had the one at a time, two at a time, three at a time and five at a time plans. Three or five is nice because you will usually always have something to watch. New releases come out on tuesdays usually, so make sure that you have sent something back either on friday or Saturday and you'll get the new release. Otherwise you'll have to wait for it. I didn't like Blockbuster's movies by mail. The turn around time was horrible. Maybe they've changed though. I am not using Netflix now, I'm getting all the movies I want for free at the library. |

I loved it until I ran out of movies to watch. They don't get new releases fast enough IMO and their watch instantly is kind of lacking. Now i'm just ordering all the TV series I want to rewatch. Yeah..after a couple of years I hit that point a few months ago...Been watching a lot of older movies and a few foreign movies lately |

Seeing all these glowing reports here about their turnaround time may make me give them a second chance yet. My only experience with them was several years ago, when they were still relatively new, and it took a week or more from the time I put one in the mail until its replacement arrived. Everyone I talk to, without exception, says that they have greatly improved since then.

| 1 at a time and I always get the new releases I have in que. I've seen most movies so I am only interested in new releases. Even 1 movie a week at $8.99 is still less than 1/2 of what I used to pay renting at blockbuster and now I don't have to drive anywhere. I can actually get a couple of movies a week so they end up about a buck a movie!! |
| I think it is great, o course it was better when I watched lot more movies. They have the best selection you can pretty much find any obscure movie you want and you can keep them as log as you feel like so there is no pressure to return them. Of course the longer you keep them the less of a value it is for you. For me in Pittsburgh the turn-around time is excellent, if I drop it off early enough I can have the new one the next day. |

The only problem was a few months back they had some computer issues which screwed up dlivery but they were very up front about it . Also gave a couple extra movies for free for a month. |

I used to run into a problem when I used it a lot they would throttle back and slow down how often I could get movies. Basically I would get netflix in the fall and watch a lot of movies through the winter, then by about end of Jan or Feb they would start slowing down how fast I would get them back (3 at a time plan) so I would cancel it and start it up again in the fall. Now we have had something like a 5 at a time plan but they sit around the house forever so they never throttle us down. |

I haven't been to a bricks and mortar video store in years. They come in the mail. They stream over the Internet to laptop to my TV. I just hooked my brothers Xbox up and they stream over that, too.
My .02 - If you watch DVD's enough to make the plan you select comparable or cheaper then renting at the store, SIGN UP without thinking twice about it. |

Any of you guys use this service? How do you like it? Love it. Same. I'm on the cheap plan (one at at time, but unlimited, and I can watch movies online). It's so much better than when I had a blockbuster and then later a hollywood account. I highly recommend them. |
|
I liked it. The only thing I hated about it is they do not put the good NEW releases on display even though they have a "New Releases" box.
If you don't know the movie is being released, it'll be months before Netflix tells you. Also, they still 'put the brakes on' your account if you watch and return movies too quickly. Hence their new plans. I cancelled because I've seen most everything good, some multiple times, and there isn't much else out there I'm interested in for the time being. Granted, last summer had some really good movies but I've been going to the Blockbuster store on the corner to get the few good movies I wanna see. Overall, very good service. |

If you're not into Indie/Foreign/Old stuff, I don't know why you'd want Netflix.
Netflix is not for people who want to the see the latest movies right now. It's for movie fans who want to get their hands on every movie on DVD. I have 200 movies in my Queue and could easily fill it up with 200 more. I've had the 2 at a time plan for a year and have barely scratched the surface. The online selection is decent and getting better all the time. People who run out of movies need to expand their horizons. |

Anyone have the box to do the watch instantly on your tv? I watch it using my Xbox 360. It kinda sucks though, only a few movies that I like are available The problem with watching it on your TV is that the resolution sucks. I don't why they do this, but its formatted to be small on your computer screen, and when you use fullscreen on your TV it can be blurry. |
