im confused arent they...plastic |

they are indestructible and can actually hold 30 rounds REALLY? |
| While not indestructible they are incredibly tough and will out last, out perform and at a better cost/value than traditional metal mags. Plus they come in uber cool tactical colors as well. I personally own @ 50 of them and have since gotten rid of all of my metal mags ('cept for the specialty caliber ones). It works for Glock and it werks fer PMag.... |

To be fair, some polymers can change and get brittle over time - it may not be a matter of the "mileage" of the mag body, but of the age. I think it's fair to say that the long-term performance of the PMag is undetermined. That said, I own a number of them (... and I've heard that they are dipped in virgin unicorn blood before being shipped. |

I have at least 5 GI mags that I've used for more than 10 years without issues. Based upon the ammo that I've bought over the years, each mag has to have about 5,000 rounds through it. If you're killing a GI mag at 1000 rounds, it's probably user error. |

Unicorns and Elfin Magic Multiplied by a Bagillion. It's no joke, a Bagillion But seriously, they are difficult to break and have pretty much left the other AR mags in the dust. And yes, because they come in tacticool colors .This.......times a brazilian! |

All polymers are attacked by UV and will get brittle over time, some more so than others. That said, most polymers can take between 4 - 10 years before they begin to yellow, become brittle and stress fracture. I have not seen what these are made of (proprietary nylon blend I think) but even then nylon will get brittle in UV exposure. |

A thread in the Magpul forum states that Chuck Norris was paid $1 million dollars for a single tear (to be dilluted), it was added to the polymer to make the Pmag indestructible. Thats an obvious lie. Chuck Norris doesn't cry. Thats why cancer still exists. |
