What is the type of decal called that only transfers the image vs. having a plastic film bordering the entire image? The bolt logo decal sold here is an example of what I'm referring to. Any recommended sources for this?

Vinyl lettering?
Any local sign company has a cutter.
They just plot the image with software, load vinyl, cut, back, weed.
I had a place create custom barb wire pin striping for my truck, everyone asks where I bought them.
