I have a little bottle of it and have no idea what its supposed to be used for.
Does it go in coffee?
Hot cocoa?
Mix with other liquor?
Milk?

Need ideas, never had the stuff before.

It's useful in baking, helps flavor a cheesecake.... also useful in some girly drinks like the "nuts and berries" which is Chambord or blackberry liqueur with amaretto, frangelico, and half and half.

Also, maybe nice as an after-dinner sip...

Try a shot of it in a glass of light beer.  Tastes kinda like grape Kool-Aid.

Vodka and Chambord is delicious. Think of it as vermouth you actually add.

  • Add a splash to a glass of champagne (some call this a Kir Royale––but that is usually made with Creme de Cassis (black current flavored).

  • Mix with vodka and a splash of soda

  • Chambord and Lemonade

Your probably gonna get flamed for drinking Chambord. But fuck it. Chambord is really good stuff and really expensive. I wouldn't mix it with just anything. It great on it's own or on the rocks in a tumbler. It's also great in a Margarita. My wife and I make a lot of Cadillac Margaritas. That's Cuervo gold, mixer, lime juice and a generous Gran Marnier float on top. Just substitute Chambord for the Gran Marnier. Enjoy.

    Chambord
    ice

Add a few chunks of ice to a rocks glass.  Fill halfway with a quality bourbon.  Leave  Chambord on the counter and enjoy.

For beach girls in the south of France, a shot of Chambord in tall glass of Sprite over ice on a hot day works wonders.

For others, a shot of Chambord, a shot of Frangelico, with or without some cream/milk, over ice.

We used to make a variation of recipe #1 that we called a "Graveyard Dead".  We left out the tequila and just mixed equal parts of gin, vodka, rum, Chambord, and sweet and sour mix.    Made it a gallon at a time.

Make a Chocolate Cake....(the Euro style cakes are typically drier), and sprinkle it on top to moisten the cake.

If that's the stuff with a crown for a cap, I got hammered on shots with that in it, while our ship was being built in Pascagoula, Mississippi.  I think the shots were called a royal f%ck or something.  I think they were good.
