Does anyone know if they still make cast iron pipe.. I am looking to find some 4" for a restoration project.

yes they do
I see it all the time on commercial projects. try a plumbing store that does a lot of commercial plumbing

Yep. Not cheap, though. It's generally known as Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP).

DIP is not the same as CI.
But I don't see why you couldn't use DIP for anything that calls for CI.
CI is old school water and sewer pipe. Everything iron pipe now is DIP.
