http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwVvSDif0sc I especially like around 2:30 where they have practical shooting for Santa's elves, boxing up toys before they can start engaging reindeer |

Don't laugh too hard, if I remember correctly one of the top shooters at Steel Chalenge is from Japan and uses airsoft to practice and only gets to shoot real firearms when he comes over for the match. Yup. In 2004 Tatsuya Sakai won the main event. He practiced mostly with an airsoft, and came to US and practiced with the real one for about a month or so. But on the following 2 years he was disqualified, where in 2005 he discharged before the gun cleared the holster.
In all seriousness, I'd not rag on these guys. As long as they conduct themselves in safe manner and enjoy, I see no problem. Besides, they are in San Jose, and the closest club is in Richmond(Maybe Bay area ARFCOM members can shed some light on this one). One good thing is that if they expand to 180 degree scenarios it would be easy to do indoors. There are others in Hong Kong and China that do this too. |

I will laugh HA,HA Airsoft sucks, I actually though the pellets were faster but after seeing the vid I cant understand why they sell so much gear for those guns, I could throw one faster then that. |
