I like to think all you need is one good chef's knife. Personally i use this: http://www.aoki-hamono.co.jp/english1/yo%20e/yo20.htm
Maybe you want to add an offset serrated knife and a flexible boning knife to that but that's it. There is no need for a full set of kitchen knives. |
