Our media is currently masturbating itself to death at the thought of a socialist in the White House. I hate the media. I can't even turn on the fucking TV without seeing those mental midgets jizz at the very thought of a european style socialist swearing in. 
I ask that you guys do everything you can to make sure that he's a one-term President. I don't think the free world will survive 8 years with that fuckstick at the helm. Fuck Obama! Fuck the media! Fuck socialism! And fuck anyone who voted for the POS! /Rant off |

I refuse to watch any channel below number 23 which is Discovery here (where i live). Network TV can fuck off and die. I pretty much feel the same about radio too. Both have nothing but commercials every 3 minutes.
I am guilty of watching fox and cnn a few times this year

I posted a thread about turning off TV for 2 weeks about 4 years ago, and was strongly shouted down. Too many "must" watch Survivor or whatever big show is on. I haven't watched TV forever (decades). Most people think I'm too far right wing for being stuck on "Regan type policies". |

I have a save right before that point on my laptop here at work, I just might do that all day long today and play 'It's the end of the world' on continuous loop. I did notice a sort of resemblance to the overseer and Obama.

| Sadly, one thing overlooked when talking about the mainstream media, is that as we know they hounded Bush for the past six years and held him to task, actually above and beyond the pale, we won't see that with the Obama administration. The media will not hold Obama to task so even though those of us who are well informed, not using network news as a primary source of information, will know otherwise. I only hope they at least do their duty and report on the thousands of jobs that will be lost from businesses now going overseas due to what will surely be a very taxed enviroment here in the US, and report as to why it happened, although I know I'm kidding myself for thinking this! |
