As in this thread, most of the critics have not bothered to read the (admittedly lengthy) document.

I read the entire thing.

Before it gets dismissed at tin, people should actually read it to see what it's really talking about.

Although it does contain a little bit of "Hollywood hypnotism" sensationalism towards the end, the basis of what it's talking about is rooted in valid psychological concepts, such as neuro linguistic programming.

In a nut shell, Obama isn't using anything that isn't already commonly used by advertising and even other political candidates. What makes Obama different is that he's REALLY GOOD at it, uses it far more extensively than other political candidates, and uses it extremely effectively to dupe people.

I read it also, to me it helps explain the faddish almost cultish behaviour of many Obamites.

I wonder if McCain has not brought it up becasue the MSM would just acuse him of tinfoil wearing.

Yes, it really does explain the cult like behavior very well.

For those who want cliffs, it's pretty difficult to do. I had to print it out and read it over a period of several days when I had time. You can probably skip the first 15-16 pages or so and go right to the parts where the author analyzes particular speeches given by Obama. That's the most interesting part.

If I had to break it down into cliffs I would say that essentially what Obama is doing is tricking people into projecting their own desires of a "perfect" president onto himself through the use of different psychological tools.

Basically the author is making the case that barry is using the same techniques used by televangelists, and car salesmen.

That is the most simple generalization, but when I was attending seminary, we were taught some of these techniques.

It has a strong basis in facts, and it does work on the masses.

And it explains why the barry supporter will react as if you are attacking them when you question barry or barry's past.

While not illegal, it is quite unethical in my opinion.

I just can't see the McCain camp resorting to such sleazeball tactics.

It was bound to happen sooner or later, but it jeopardizes freedom in this country in a big way if the mindless masses can be controlled that easily.

Damn, this is meticulous.  I'm going to read the whole thing. It goes a long way to explaining the slavish following he has and why his minion tend to be young, female, or both.
