I ordered a Nvidia vanta4, 64 mb card off ebay. Got it, and all i'm getting is red screen or lines on the monitor. Is there a fix? and if not, how do I go about getting a refund back through pay pal. I have contacted the seller already with no response yet.

throw that thing away, those went obsolete 10 years ago. Its probably not compatible with your equipment.

You should consider getting a whole new computer. Dell has whole systems for $300-400 now
