I keep reading about aging Chimay.

I have a bottle of Red, its been in a refridgerator for some time now.

If i were to buy another Bottle (red, white and blue) should I let them sit somewhere dark with a temperature that hovers around 65-70 degree's?

Or should they be aged at lager temps?

...Will they still "age" in the fridge?
