[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Free Criminal Background Check?

I found out that my ex-wife has my daughter's college money invested with a broker with a criminal record from the FINRA database, but I cannot find a way to determine what the crime was.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to a FREE database that allows one to determine what the conviction was for?

There are one or more on here with PI background. It's probably pretty cheap because they have the connections and not very time consuming.

They have actually removed a lot of stuff. Names that were on there 3 months ago no longer appear.

Agreed. I checked an employee with a DUI, another with a drug conviction, and a third who had a domestic assault on a minor conviction, and all three showed no record on that site.z
