| I've been contemplating flying the Gadsden flag. Does it require lighting at night the way Old Glory does? |

Here's a necropost - found your thread while searching about Gadsden flags for another ARFCOMmer.
I suppose it's really a personal choice, as the Gadsden's not the "national standard", defined under USC TITLE 4 > CHAPTER 1 > ยง 1 as: The flag of the United States shall be thirteen horizontal stripes, alternate red and white; and the union of the flag shall be forty-eight stars, white in a blue field.
and the Code is advisory in nature. USC "Flag Code" |
