Well my wife gets one every 2 days (no kids) and she loves them.  Most of the time it leads to a good time but sometimes its on my way to workout.  

The other day she asked me to give her friend one so I did.

She started moaning and stuff but I was like maybe I hit a tight spot.

Well today she told my wife she had the best orgasim ever from my massage and wants me to teach her husband how to give a massage.

Problem is I have no idea what I did.

Wife is not mad but is in shock that I did that.

It's a lot more common than you think, and quite common among women.  Among my massage clients, about 1/3 of all women had 'full body' orgasms more or less every session.  I got out of the massage business once I had kids - no time - but I still get regular calls.
