Actually his show is entertaining once you realize it takes him and three others to argue against a conservative. The only time they win is if they completely out volume the conservative. I honestly would love to see Hiram Ranger go on there and pull their punk cards.

Bill Mahrer: September 17, 2001, in which he agreed with guest conservative political commentator Dinesh D'Souza that the 9/11 terrorists were not cowards. He then went on to say, "We have been the cowards lobbing cruise missiles from 2,000 miles away. That's cowardly. Staying in the airplane when it hits the building, say what you want about it, it's not cowardly". I remember watching this little bitch apologize with tears running down his face, ABC in a momentary lapse of there usual liberal logic caned his show Politically Incorrect over it. |
Nice to see D'Souza is still around. My dad got me his book "letters to a young conservative" when I was in college. The rest is history. I'm a Gun toting conservative now. I believe Medved nailed it on the head today when talking about Mahrer's movie. He said something like this: Bill M. is looking down on people that have their life together. They have families and surround themselves with good people. Mahrer is an unhappy person. He surrounds himself with coke and hookers. Then feels he is somehow a better person for not believing in "superstition". |

I used to tolerate his HBO show and his stand-up comedy until he kept calling himself a libertarian despite being a marxist douchebag. I just don't get how the fuck he thinks he's a libertarian when half the time he's ranting about how we need more gun laws and the other half he's spewing socialistic, class warfare bullshit. Bottom line: he's an unfunny douche, even if I do find myself agreeing with his views on religion. |
