I have had sore knees for a while since the military and the pain would come and go in intensity. About a month ago my knees were bothering me real bad. I tried taking it easy but the pain went down my legs through my calfs, ankles and to the pads of my feet. Both legs. Its a bitch to walk and I have to be on my feet for work. Been to the doctors hes like . Had MRI of my lumbar to make sure no pinched nerves. Its just odd. It feels like groing pains like you get when your a kid but magnified by 100. Anyone think maybe its a vascular issue? Any thoughts? I dont get why its both legs. Most injuries are usually one or other you would think.....thanks.

How old are you?  What is your bloodpressure?  Have you had any blood work recently?  Cholesterol?  Any family history of hypertension, clots, artery disease?

Do you excercise heavily?  Spend long hours on your knees (all joking aside)?

Too many factors at play here and too many unanswered questions to diagnose right now.

Your knees hurt?
Don't spend so much time on them, or wear knee pads.

J/K hope you get better.

Im 34, go to the doctors often for check ups. Blood work and blood pressure fine. Im fairly active. I walk a lot and go up and down stairs quite  a bit at work. I could use more exercise but im not unfit. This just isnt normal for me at all. The doc told me it could be because my quad muscles are stronger than my calfs and is causing the quads to pull on my knees to much. It sounds to fishy to me. I think it would have happened long ago if thats the case. He wants to put me in therepy but I know its going to maake it worse.

And now for something completely different...

This could be a job for Chiroman! Seriously, a chiroparactor may have an opinion about what's going on. That kind of radiating pain sounds like a nerve problem.

Before you scoff.. I had a problem with my neck once... the chiro fixed that, plus I stopped having cluster headaches (a type of migraine).

The magic works!
