slightly pink on the inside...... marinated 30 minutes in a1, vinegar, garlic, basil.. Grill at 600 degrees, 3 minutes on each side...

haha.. that was a set someone got us we when we got married 2 years ago.. it was free, i can put food on it, works for me..
