My shoulder started hurting today and is getting worse. It hurts at the blade thing on my back, only on one side. It hurts like something is pinched. I can move my arm all around without pain but torso movement hurts really bad.

What should I do?

Tylenol + diphenhydramine and sleep it off. Probably pulled muscle.

Go get a massage, ideally from an asian woman.

Most likely strained muscles - I get this often now that I am older and spend most of my night lifting lard-ass patients in the ER.  Unless you have suffered trauma, x-rays won't show shit.  You'd need an arthrogram or MRI.

Take some pain relievers, don't overuse the shoulder, and if it doesn't get better in a few weeks go see your doctor.

And don't forget to ask for "the happy ending."

It could be ANYthing but a broken bone. If the pain doesn't subside after a day or so, see a doc.
